Returns & Exchanges

At Cotton Candy, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
